Guilty plea in September downtown Fargo murder

A Moorhead man accused of murdering a man at a McDonald’s in Fargo pleaded guilty on Thursday.
Forty-five-year-old Miguel Cooley is charged with murder in the shooting death of 20-year-old Gabriel Perez.
Investigators say Cooley shot the victim several times before leaving the scene.
Cooley was arrested in Minnesota.
His sentencing hearing hasn’t been scheduled.
