Man arrested after allegedly selling drugs to Narcotics Unit in downtown Fargo

Fargo Police say 52-year-old George Allen Schultz was arrested after a drug investigation led them to believe that Schultz was trafficking methamphetamine and other drugs into the area.

Fargo Police's Narcotics Unit received information that Schultz was living and selling drugs in apartments above the Empire Bar and Liquor Store in downtown Fargo.

The Narcotics Unit was able to conduct controlled purchases of methamphetamine from Schultz in his apartment. An arrest warrant was issued for Schultz on Friday from the US Marshals.

Schultz is facing two counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine (B Felony) and Delivery of an Imitation Controlled Substance (C Felony).
