North Dakota highway trooper nearly hit by accused drunk driver

A North Dakota highway trooper is counting their blessing after nearly getting hit by an alleged drunk driver.
Jennifer Hirchert, 32, was arrested for driving under the influence and it’s her fourth DUI since 2014 and second of this year, according to North Dakota Highway Patrol.
Troopers were providing traffic control for a tow truck along interstate 94 in Fargo on Friday morning when Hirchert’s vehicle nearly struck the trooper.
Her blood alcohol blood concentration tested at .17, which's above the current legal limit of .08.
