Police identify man killed by train in downtown Fargo

A man who was fatally struck by a train last week in downtown Fargo has been identified by police as 34-year-old Philo Agard.
It happened near 6th Avenue North around 11 p.m. Thursday, May 16, 2019.
Officers found a man's body with significant trauma near the tracks. It's an area with no marked crossings.
