The Stutsman County Sheriff’s Office is continuing the search for a man who is believed to have last been seen in the Windsor area earlier this week.

Gage Laper, 20, of Lakeland, Minnesota was reported missing and mentally unstable Monday, September 2nd. Stutsman County Sheriff Chad Kaiser says the search Monday located Laper’s vehicle and on Wednesday, his cellphone was found along a fence line in the search area. It’s unknown why Laper traveled to the Windsor area or where he went after his car became stuck.

Laper is described as a white male, 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds. He was last seen wearing a tie-dyed shirt, jeans and a black jacket with a floral pattern.

Thursday search efforts included a drone search and five officers on UTV’s.
