BATON ROUGE, La. (KSLA) - The Louisiana Supreme Court has ruled that jury selection in the capital murder trial of the man accused of killing Shreveport police Officer Thomas LaValley will remain in Baton Rouge.

Court documents show the judges could find no reason to move the proceedings against Grover Cannon to Caddo Parish nor why an impartial jury could not be found in Baton Rouge.
