UPDATE: Victim identified in Dougherty Co. homicide investigation

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The victim in Saturday’s night homicide investigation has been identified, according to Dougherty County Coroner Michael Fowler.
Thomas Isaiah Harrold, 34, was found dead near East Park Court and Pine Bluff Road around 5:30 p.m.
This is still an active investigation and the GBI is assisting.
