For anyone looking to own a unique holiday home that can offer their family and friends the most memorable of holidays, plus the potential to earn money, then how about three Shepherds' Huts?

Not rusty old metal containers but luxury little homes that offer the most wonderful of glamping experiences, and you don't even have to be a shepherd to own them.

But if you did bring the sheep with you to the beautiful Isle of Anglesey , there would be plenty of room for them, with this rural site for sale offering 0.43 of an acre for sheep and kids to run around as much as they like.

This distinctive offering within the rolling Welsh countryside is less than a mile from the unspoilt coastline and comprises two huts that both sleep two people plus a central communal hut.

The unique experience this site proposes is all about socialising and spending relaxing and quality time together in the most peaceful of settings in the most quirky of accommodation .

The site is called Cwtch and offers the new owner an award-winning level of accommodation having won the Visit Wales 'Gold' accreditation in the glamping category in 2018.

The three huts have been constructed using traditional materials and local craftsmen where possible, based on a traditional 19th century Welsh shepherds' hut design.

All the huts are built on an oak chassis with feature iron wheels, but don't worry they are anchored so the huts aren't going anywhere.

The two sleeping huts are called Nain and Taid and although they pay homage to the huts of the past, they definitely have all modern conveniences incorporated.

Inside, the kitchen is more equipped than some standard homes including hob, mini fridge, microwave and even a coffee maker.

The level of specification is as high as any holiday cottage with underfloor heating, wood burning stove, hardwood double glazing and granite kitchen worktops.

And the attention to interior design detail is impressive too.

The wood panel walls are essential to create the shepherd's hut atmosphere but the soft tones of a palette of heritage colours on walls and soft furnishings brings a touch of understated and calm elegance to each space.

The use of wood also as flooring, furniture, doors and windows brings a natural, countryside feel that is surely expected by visitors to this rural idyll, complemented by the use of tactile fabrics and accents of floral patterns.

The lighting is simple in design, a nod to the basic lifestyle of a shepherd's hut from yesteryear, and each hut has a reclaimed stained glass feature window.

And yes, the huts do have an inside toilet and shower as part of the fully equipped, modern bathroom facilities.

There is clever 'small space' design in operation here too, with the double bed being a wall that extends down onto the seating area, with the dining table hinged so it can be lowered to accommodate the descending bed.

There's storage under the dining table benches and open shelves provide extra space for crockery, glasses and bedding.

Each private hut has cooking, eating, sleeping and shower room spaces.

The central hut is called Teulu (meaning family) and is a place to gather, cook, eat and relax together as a group, with a larger kitchen, dining table that can seat four, a sofa and wall-mounted television, making the site as a whole a perfect blend of private accommodation and group social spaces.

Outside there is ample space to have a party, a BBQ or just time to relax, either gathered on the decking, around a fire pit on the field or in amongst the feature 'mini Stonehenge' stones.

There's certainly enough space to pitch some tents if the extended family or more friends decide to descend.

And why wouldn't they want to visit and stay? The huts are located close to beautiful beaches and immersed by the picturesque countryside of this stunning welsh island

The site borders a recognised Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the nearest beach is less than a mile away, plus the village of Brynsiencyn is just a stroll away and has a shop and a pub.

The site has been designed to accommodate ample vehicles, including a caravan, on the dedicated stone parking area, with the landscaped mounds surrounding it visually separating the cars and campervans from the huts.

The current owner rents these unique huts as holday lets, so when you're not enjoying staying in them there's the opportunity to secure extra income.
