There are long delays on some major roads as people travel this bank holiday weekend.

There are 12.5 miles of tailbacks on the M5 southbound following a crash. This has compounded a large amount of traffic heading down to the south west.

On the A48 near Carmarthen a crash involving six people closed the stretch in both directions for a time, and there was also gridlock elsewhere in the town.

There is also slow traffic on the M4 around Neath and the Brynglas tunnels.

We will bring you all the developments throughout the afternoon and evening.
