It's been a mixed few days for Swansea City and Graham Potter.

In many ways, the 0-0 draw at Middlesbrough at the weekend was the stalest of stalemates, but ending the 100 per cent home record of a side that's surely bound to be in the middle of the promotion mix come the end of the season will surely be seen as a massive positive.

Nevertheless, Swansea still have problems, particularly in front of goal.

Saturday's result means the Swans have failed to find the net in four of their last five outings, although striker Oli McBurnie has since insisted that there is a notably positive shift in the mood within the camp this season.

However, Potter will still be desperate to find a winning formula ahead of the visit of Queens Park Rangers this weekend.

Rodgers in crisis?

This is the worst start to a season in 20 years for Celtic, and Rodgers - incredibly - is under pressure.

Just ignore the fact he’s done the double treble and went invincible for a campaign.

Why is it all unravelling for the former Swans boss?

Rangel on Swans return

Yep, it is going to be emotional for the veteran right-back this weekend as he makes his return to SA1 for the first time since he left.

It will also be difficult for supporters, too, seeing him in another shirt. He said:

It’s going to be difficult coming back. I’ve spent more than a third of my life in Swansea. My children were born in Swansea, I was married there and my home is there. The club means everything to me. I’ll be going there with a lot of emotions in the back of my mind and stepping on the field for a different club will be weird.

Carra on Gylfi

Jamie Carragher offered up a critique of Gylfi Sigurdsson’s time at Goodison Park following Everton’s defeat to Arsenal at the weekend.

It wasn’t particularly pretty...

He has certainly struggled on Merseyside - and Carragher doesn’t hold back.

QPR hammering

It is QPR for Swansea City this weekend and it will conjure memories of their 5-0 demolition of the Hoops in 2012.

It was Michael Laudrup’s first game in charge and it was also the match that announced Michu to the Premier League.

What has happened to that side? We did some digging and found out...

Welcome

Morning Swans fans.

There’s been plenty to ponder for boss Graham Potter, who must find a way to get his side scoring again after they drew another blank against Middlesbrough at the weekend.

Then again, things are looking pretty solid at the back, with Swansea boasting the second strongest defence in the Championship so far.

Not bad.

There should be plenty of build-up ahead of the visit of QPR this weekend, so stick around.
