A soldier returned home to Jackson from overseas deployment. Marticha Crawford returned from a 10 month deployment in Kuwait Friday.The first thing she wanted to do is see her 3 year old girl.So she stopped by ABC Kindergarten and Play School and surprised her.Everyone in the class made welcome home signs and celebrated her return."When she first left she had just turned 2 years old, and now she's 3," said Marticha's husband Julius Crawford. "But when she first left she didn't understand. And as the 10 months passed, I was telling her Your momma is gone, because she kept asking, Where's mommy, where's mommy?"He told their daughter that mommy was away at work so the little girl wouldn't worry about her as much.
