Baltimore City will be the place to be for a number of big festivals the second half of the year.The 53rd annual Fells Point Fun Festival in October. Multi-platinum selling band, Gin Blossoms, is the featured act this year.July 19 through the 21st, the Baltimore will host Artscape. The country's largest free arts festival attracts hundreds of thousands of attendees every year. This year's headliner is R&B group, SWV. Wbal-TV is a proud sponsor. The Baltimore/Washington One Carnival at Lake Clifton Park on July 13 and 14.The Caribbean-centric event will kick-off with a parade through Baltimore, followed by a festival at the park.
