Tennessee man jailed for sex with Adair County minor

Kentucky State Police arrest a Tennessee man for having sex with a juvenile.
Troopers say 39-year-old Samuel Hicks of Marysville, Tennessee had sex with a 14-year-old girl at her home in Columbia, Kentucky on December 1, after they had been talking on Snapchat. When hicks returned to her home on December 8, police were waiting for him.
KSP says he confessed to having sex with the girl. He was arrested and jailed on multiple charges including sodomy, unlawful transaction with a minor, and sex with someone under 16 years of age.
