Gubbei was taken to the University of Pennsylvania Presbyterian Medical Center for treatment, and the driver of the Uber was taken to Temple Medical Center for treatment for a concussion and facial lacerations, according to Butler.

Neither Gubbei nor Robertson were wearing their seatbelts, however, Butler said that the one of the reasons Gubbei did not sustain fatal injuries is because she was not buckled in, however, Butler said that Robinson would have been killed in the accident even if she had been wearing her seatbelt.
