1 dead, 2 injured in North Birmingham shooting

BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -Birmingham poloce are investing a triple shooting that left one person dead and two others injured.
Police responded to a call of shots fired around noon Monday at the Smithfield public housing complex on 2nd Street North.
Authorities say when they got on the scene they found one person that was fatally shot and two others who were taken to the hospital.
Police do not have a suspect in custody.
