At approximately 1004pm officers were called to N. Officers detained the subject while contacting the witness. The witness returned to the area where the officers had the suspect detained and was able to positively identify him as the person who destroyed the decorations.  Tyron Waller was taken into custody and walked to Police Headquarters. Once they arrived at Headquarters Waller became combative kicking and striking at officers. Officers were able to subdue Waller without injury. He has multiple previous arrests here but as recently as July he was listed as a Baltimore man. One can presume that the local officials offered him an attractive deal to relocate.
