One person seriously injured in Tallahassee crash

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) -- One person suffered serious injuries late Tuesday night in a crash on North Magnolia Drive, the Tallahassee Police Department confirms.

According to police, the crash happened just before midnight near the 1200 block of North Magnolia Drive.

Emergency responders provided medical attention to the driver of the car, who was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

All lanes of North Magnolia Drive from 6th Avenue to Miccosukee Road were closed as crews worked to clear the crash site.

Traffic Homicide Investigators have assumed the investigation. TPD is asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash, but did not speak with an officer on scene, or anyone with information about the accident to please call (850) 891-4200 and ask to speak with the Traffic Homicide Unit. They may also remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS.
