Memorial services have been scheduled for a New Orleans anchor and journalist who died last week in a plane crash in New Orleans East. Glynn Boyd, Nancy Parker's husband, released the details on his Facebook page: Doors open to the service at 9 a.m. on Friday at Xavier's Convocation Center in New Orleans. Parker died on Friday after she was covering a story at the Lakefront Airport. Also killed in the crash was Franklin Augustus, a member of a Louisiana group that honored Tuskegee Airmen.Augustus was a trained acrobatic pilot who was also an advocate for youth and fighting against drug use.
