New Orleans man creates Saints yard art
A New Orleans mans has received praise online for his Saints-inspired yard art. Eric Sanders has been a Saints fan since 1967. His dad was a season ticket holder throughout the Tulane Stadium years. By day, Sanders is a wildlife photographer, but as a hobby, he creates intricate landscape art. According to Sanders, his custom yard art pieces take anywhere from two to three weeks, which half of that time is just waiting for the grass to grow tall enough to create the art. After the grass is high enough, it takes him about an hour to carve out the iconic Fleur-De-Lis emblem. According to Sanders, he has recently consulted with some landscape professionals to set up clients so he can continue making his yard art.
