WILMINGTON, Ohio (WDTN) – AZEK Building Products celebrated the opening of its new TimberTech Recycling Plant with a ribbon cutting on Tuesday.
The mostly-automated facility was built in just 12 months and will be capable of recycling 55 million pounds of Polyethylene plastic this summer alone.
Their goal is to save up to 100 million pounds of materials from going into landfills by the time the plant is fully operations at the end of next year.
