Lakeview Golf Resort set to go on auction block

According to our media partners at Connect-Bridgeport, the Lakeview Golf Resort will be auctioned off Sept. 23 through Sept. 25th.
Ten-X Commercial Real Estate will be hosting an online auction that will allow the property to go to the highest bidder.
According to the Ten-X listing, the starting bid will be at $1 million and to register to bid you must have a $10,000 participation deposit.
