High Speed Chase Through Lakeview Terrace Leads to Arrest

Fairbanks Police were led on a high-speed chase this past weekend through Lakeview Terrace.

Police attempted to perform a routine traffic stop regarding a turn signal when the driver of the vehicle sped through the neighborhood and eventually stopped near the train tracks.

According to charging documents, the accused driver, Luketravis Zwaschka Taylor, then ran from the vehicle along the railroad tracks.

Police were able to follow his tracks and eventually found Zwaschka-Taylor.

He was arrested for failing to stop and driving with a suspended license, as well as for an existing warrant.
