A mother who police said does not have custody of her daughter turned herself and the child in Wednesday in Pennsylvania. Port Orange police said they began looking for the mother and daughter after somebody saw the girl get into a car driven by the mother. Police said the child was at the center of a custody dispute. It’s unclear if any charges will be filed. The girl is in the custody of child services.
