Strong storms move through Central Florida; cooler weather to follow

The storms are producing a lot of wind, so the main threats are damaging straight-line winds and isolated tornadoes, Terry said.

A flood watch is in effect for Marion and Sumter counties, he said.
Terry said storms are expected to remain in Central Florida through Saturday morning.
The average high in the region Friday was 80 degrees, which is considerably warmer than it has been all week.
The rainy weather will bring cooler weather for the weekend.
