REPORTER: THESE SHOOTINGS TOOK PLACE WITHIN 72-HOURS AND POLICE TELL ME ONE MAN IS DEAD, FIVE PEOPLE ARE INJURED, AND NONE OF THESE CASES ARE SOLVED. >> WE HAD A SHOOTING IN THE FIRST BLOCK OF NORTH SUMMIT STREET. THE VICTIM SUFFERED NON-LIFE-THREATENING INJURIES. REPORTER: THE SAME DAY, ANOTHER SHOOTING HAPPENED ON SOUTH 13TH STREET. ONE MAN WAS KILLED. THE OTHER SHOOTINGS HAPPENED ON STATE, HERR AND RADNOR STREETS THROUGHOUT THE DAY ALL OF THOSE SUNDAY. VICITMS SUSTAINED MINOR INJURIES. POLICE COMMISSIONER THOMAS CARTER CALLS THE INCIDENTS UNFORTUNATE, BUT SAYS ITS GOING TO TAKE MORE THAN OFFICERS TO ADDRESS THE VIOLENCE IN THE CITY. >> WE NEED MORE PARTNERSHIP AMONG PARENTS THAT WANT THE CITY TO MOVE FORWARD INSTEAD OF GOING BACKWARDS. No arrests have been made in multiple shootings that have happened in three days in Harrisburg. Watch Shannon Murphy's report above.- The first shooting happened Friday around 11 a.m. on Shrub Street. Neighbors said they heard five or six shots. One man was shot. He was taken to the hospital.- There was another shooting around 7:45 p.m. Friday at North 18th and Park streets. Police said there were non-life-threatening injuries.- The third shooting happened Friday around 8:30 p.m. on the 300 block of South 13th Street. One person was killed.- A person suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a shooting around 12:30 a.m. Sunday on the 1900 block of State Street.- Sunday morning shots were fired at the intersection of North 6th and Herr streets. A male victim was injured and taken to the hospital.- After a shooting around 4 a.m. Sunday on Radnor Street, the victim transported himself to a hospital.Police have not said whether any of the shootings are related.
