A man was injured after a crash involving a motorcycle and a trash truck Tuesday in Santa Fe Springs.
The crash was reported to Whittier police, which patrols Santa Fe Springs, at 6:56 a.m.
A trash truck on Bell Ranch Drive was making a left to Norwalk Boulevard when a motorcycle collided with the truck, Lt. David Elizarraras said.
He said the motorcyclist sustained a major injury and was taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood.
