As downtown revitalization efforts continue in Topeka, a 24,000 square-foot warehouse off Kansas Ave. is now the new home of three businesses.

With the ribbon cut Friday, ActionCOACH Business Coaching, Bajillion Agency, and MotoVike Films are officially the newest additions to an evolving downtown Topeka.

"It’s hard to believe that I get to be a part of something that's so bigger than me, or this company,” Josiah Engstrom, president of MotoVike Films, said. “But it feels flattering that we're talked about in the same breath."

A $225,000

by the Joint Economic Development Organization of Topeka and Shawnee County sparked the project. Renovations on the 24,000 square foot warehouse began back in December.

"You see what it begins as a vision, become something real,” Earl Kemper, founder, said of the process.

The three companies focus on growing small businesses through advertising, marketing, and video.

"We want to help businesses reach their potential, so as we're reaching our potential, we can be that example,” Kemper said.

"We’ve been growing substantially and had to find a new space the growth that we plan for the future,” Andrea Engstrom, president of Bajillion Agency, said.

Premier Advisory Group is the parent company of the trio of businesses, and it’s a family affair.

"I get emotional if I think about that,” Kemper said.

Kemper is Andrea’s father. Andrea and Josiah have been married for 10 years.

"I couldn't think of a better group of people than my family to do something like this with,” Andrea said.

Premier Advisory Group plans to add five or six more employees to its team each year.

"We believe in this city, we believe in this state, and we believe we can do work that changes it and makes it better,” Josiah said.
