A Frankfort teen was taken to the hospital Monday after her car collided with a Freightliner in Marshall Co.

Elizabeth Taylor, 18, was facing west at the intersection of K-99 and Parallel Rd. around noon, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.

Taylor pulled out onto K-99 in front of a northbound semi truck tractor. KHP says that's when the driver, William Fuller, 47, struck Taylor's 2009 Ford passenger car.

Taylor was taken to Stormont Vail Hospital with serious injuries. Fuller was not hurt.
