Topeka felon sentenced for selling stolen guns to undercover agent

A Topeka felon has been sentenced for selling stolen guns to an undercover agent.

Timothy Hisey, 32, received 3 1/2 years in federal prison for selling five shotguns and three rifles to an undercover ATF Agent.

Hisey was prohibited from possessing firearms following a 2016 felony drug conviction in Shawnee county.
