Judy T. Conlee, 67, widow of Walter “Clem” Conlee, passed away on Monday, August 19, 2019 at her home.

A native of Clark County, she was born on January 12, 1952 to the late Eugene and Eula Taulbee Thomas.

Judy previously worked for East Kentucky Water for more than 18 years, was a member of First Church of God Colby Road and a lifelong farmer. Her love of life and people will be missed by all who knew her. Her quote of “She’s just right” was fitting for herself and will be remembered by those who loved her.

Survivors include a daughter, Martha Watts of Winchester; a son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Connie Conlee of Winchester; grandchildren, Bailey Conlee, Addi Conlee, Dillion Watts and Alyssa Watts; mother-in-law, Ruth Conlee; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Services will be at 11:00AM, Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at First Church of God Colby Road by Pastors Allan Hutchinson and Ron “Q-Tip”Ingram. Burial will be in Winchester Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be William Ballard, Dakota Henry,Josh Whitaker, David Vanbebber, Anthony Fountain, Benji Reynolds and Steve Young. Honorary pallbearers will be Johnny Thomas, Amy Crowe, Linda Ragland, Sharon Anderson and Connie D. Conlee.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00-8:00PM at First Church of God Colby Road.
