Less than 15 minutes later, officers found the getaway vehicle used by Harris at a gas station on Sunset Drive. Authorities later detained three people including Harris. The man and woman who were also detained were brought to CPD Headquarters for questioning. However, they were released and not charged after investigators determined they were not connected to the incident.

Authorities also recovered some of the money Harris took from the bank and have seized it as evidence.

Harris has been charged with entering a bank with intent to steal and kidnapping. He is also being held on a $65,000 surety bond.
