BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Police investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Sunday night have released his identity.

Police said Gabriel Texidor of Dunkirk was shot just before 10 p.m. near Trenton and Pennsylvania avenues. The 23-year-old was declared dead at the scene.
