AUGUSTA, Ga (WJBF) – Paine College remembers Dr. Julius Scott who is considered one of the school’s most impactful leaders.
Dr. Scott contributed to many of the major strides at Augusta’s historically black college.
He died earlier this month.
Dr. Scott was also President of Wiley College in Texas and served as an interim President at a number of schools including the Medical College of
Georgia in Augusta.
