NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Nashville Fire Officials said they were on the scene of a fire at the Nashville Farmer’s Market in the 900 block of Rosa L Parks Blvd.

NFD said nobody was hurt. They tweeted crews were able to put the fire out Monday afternoon and are checking for hot spots and water/smoke damage.

News 2 spoke with the Nashville Farmer’s Market Director and she said they were fixing a Silo that was damaged during the March tornado at the time.

She said they are supposed to reopen the market house on Wednesday, so crews wanted the silo fixed as soon as possible. Crews have been remodeling the inside and were welding during the process when the fire started.
