Frankfort police: Man arrested for writing racial obscenity on car

A man is charged with criminal mischief after Frankfort police say he wrote a racial obscenity on a 2004 Lexus.
Police say the crime happened on Sept. 19 in the parking lot of the Kroger on US 127.
After reviewing surveillance video, police identified Richard Beeler as the suspect.
Police arrested Beeler on Sept. 30.
