The lowest temperatures occurred where the snow was the deepest.In Kentucky the coldest was at Henderson which is across the river from Evansville. Their low was 2 degrees.In Indiana, -1 was the coldest at Crawfordsville and LaPorte.Louisville tied a record low this morning with 16 degrees. The previous record was set in 1986.
