Louisville's popular homegrown taco chain is has permanently closed one of its five area locations.El Taco Luchador closed its Downtown Louisville location at 500 W. Jefferson St. more than a month and a half ago, but it is just now coming to light that the restaurant has closed for good."Business was tough with no downtown traffic," said Tyler Glick, who represents Ole Hospitality Group, owners of the El Taco Luchador brand.
