LANSING, Mich. (WLNS)– It was a tough case to crack.
Ingham County Animal Control investigators had a video showing a man wearing all black as their starting point, kicking and killing a cat. They couldn’t see his face or any other identifying features. But after members of the community called in hundreds of tips, they were able to track down two suspects.
