A Northern Kentucky man was arrested Friday on 45 counts of possessing child pornography.A Kenton County detective began investigating in May after receiving a cyber-tip regarding possession of child pornography.According to the Kenton County Police Department, following an investigation by the Internet Crimes Against Children, the Kenton County Regional SWAT and served a search warrant at 1649 Garvey Avenue in Elsmere, Kentucky.Police arrested Preston Ritter Jr., 34, on 45 counts of "possession or viewing of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor."The Kenton County Regional SWAT and the Elsmere Police Department assisted Kenton County police in issuing the warrant.Police said if found guilty, Ritter could be punished by one to five years in prison on each count.Anyone with information is asked to call Sgt.
