UPDATE: Missing Dover man found

5/11 UPDATE: Delaware State Police say 48-year-old Charles Black has been located. The Gold Alert has been canceled.

DOVER, Del.- The Delaware State Police are issuing a Gold Alert for 48-year-old Charles Black.

Officials said Black is 5’9” tall, 197 lbs., and drives a 2007, silver, Ford Focus bearing Delaware tag 178004.

Police said he was last seen on April 21. He has a last known address of Saxton Rd. in Dover, but also has ties to Port Mahon in Kent County.

Attempts to locate or communicate with Black have been unsuccessful and there is true concern for his safety and welfare.

Anyone with information regarding Black’s whereabouts are asked to contact Troop 3 by calling 302-697-4454.
