Serious crash under investigation in Dover

DOVER, Del. — Delaware State Police say they are currently on scene of a serious crash that happened earlier this evening.

Police say the crash happened shortly after 5:40 p.m. As a result of this crash, Eastbound Puncheon Run Connector is closed at this time.
