AT THAT "LEAP" BUILDING, LARRY LORD -- STILL BEING TREATED IN BOSTON. HAPPENING NOW... STATE POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A SUSPICIOUS DEATH IN RICHMOND, AFTER A MAN'S BODY WAS FOUND INSIDE A HOME. HERE'S THE SCENE FROM TODAY. STATE POLICE WORKING WITH A TEAM OF DETECTIVES AND RICHMOND POLICE AT 7 KIMBALL STREET. THEY SAY THE BODY OF 48 YEAR- OLD ANDREW SHERMAN WAS FOUND FRIDAY AFTERNOON AFTER A FRIEND CAME TO CHECK UP ON HIM. THAT FRIEND HADN'T HEARD OR SEEN FROM SHERMAN IN A FEW DAYS. ACCORDING TO POLICE, SHERMAN LIVED ALONE IN THE HOUSE AND HAD NOT WORKED IN RECENT YEARS BECAUSE OF INJURIES FROM A CAR CRASH. THIS INVESTIGAITON

Maine State Police are investigating a suspicious death in Richmond. Police say that 48 year old Andrew Sherman was found dead inside his home on 7 Kimball Street in Richmond Friday afternoon. A friend found his body around 5 p.m. while checking on him after Sherman had not been seen or heard from in a few days. The circumstances of his death are unknown at this time. In coordination with Richmond police and a team of detectives, state police are on scene at the home Sunday. Investigators are asking anyone who has seen or heard from Sherman in the past week to contact them. According to police, Sherman lived alone in the house and had not worked in recent years because of injuries from a car crash . This story will be updated.
