People living in one Maine community have the best drinking water in the state.The city of Brewer took home the title of Maine's Best Tasting Water, according to the Maine Rural Water Association.The annual competition features communities from across the state.The Brewer Water Department won for best water with a disinfectant, while the Town Hall Apartments in LaGrange took home the win in the water without a disinfectant category.The two went head-to-head, and judges declared Brewer the overall winner.The city's water will represent the state of Maine in the National Taste Test in Washington, D.C. in February.
