Bright sunshine and comfortable temperatures Sunday made for perfect weather to go leaf-peeping in New Hampshire.
Weirs Beach in Laconia was busy in the afternoon with people from across the country coming to the Granite State to enjoy our fall foliage.
Even for residents, the beauty of New Hampshire’s autumns never gets old.
“It's beautiful,” said Christine Cain, of Concord. “What's not to love? The colors are very vibrant this time of year and it's beautiful."
“Oh, it's my favorite time of year,” said Christine’s wife, Kristin Cain. “I love October. That's why we got married in October on the boat, to see the beautiful scenery.”
Foliage is currently at or near peak across much of the state.
