RETURNING TO NH. Democratic presidential candidate Julian Castro will make his first visit to New Hampshire since May when he arrives in the state Thursday afternoon.He will begin with a meeting with voters in Portsmouth at Cross Roads House, 600 Lafayette Road, at 1 p.m., followed by a private meeting with the New Hampshire High School Democrats. At 7 p.m., Castro will hold a town hall at Nashua Community College.On Friday, Castro will attend a meet and greet at Gibson’s Bookstore, 45 S. Main St., Concord, at 1:30 p.m. and at 6:30 p.m. he will attend a house party at the home of former state House Democratic Leader and former state Sen. Peter Burling and retired Superior Court Judge Jean Burling, 20 Lang Road, Cornish.
