ARRAIGNMENT TOMORROW ON TODAY'S ASSAULT CHARGE. LIVE IN MANCHESTER, MC, WMUR NEWS9. TONIGHT -- A NASHUA WOMAN IS NOW CHARGED WITH NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE AFTER A DEADLY CRASH ON THE EVERETT TURNPIKE. PROSECUTORS SAY SARAH SHAW IS ACCUSED OF DRIVING DRUNK AND HITTING 53-YEAR- OLD OSMAN KONDA WHO WAS HAVING CAR TROUBLE SATURDAY NIGHT. TROOPERS SAY KONDA WAS STANDING BY THE FRONT OF HIS CAR ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WHEN HE WAS HIT. THEY HAD MASKS, A GUN AND A CAR READY TO GO. 1:18:53> <CLIP 8063- 1:14;09 - WE SAW TWO GUYS COMING ACROSS THE PARKING LOT WITH DUFFLE BAGS OR BAGS HANGING OVER THEIR SHOULDER, FILLED WITH BOXES AND THAT'S WHEN I REALIZED I HAD TO CALL POLICE, THERE WAS SOMETHING SKETCHY GOING ON. 1:14:21> DOVER POLICE ARE SHARING THESE SURVEILLANCE IMAGES OF THE MEN INVESTIGATORS SAY ROBBED A HANOUSH JEWLERS ON CENTRAL AVE. THE ROBBERY TOOK PLACE THIS MORNING, IN A BUSY SHOPPING AREA ..POLICE SAY THEY RANSACKED SEVERAL JEWELRY CASES AND ONE OF THE MEN WAS ARMED. <1;10;03- ONE OF THE SUSPECTS DISPLAYED A BLACK HAND GUN, SO OBVIOUSLY A VERY SERIOUS SITUATION , SCARY SITUATION FOR THE EMPLOYEES. 1:10:10> POLICE SAY THE MEN INSIDE THE STORE WERE WEARING MASKS, BUT ARE ABLE TO DESCRIBE ONE OF THE SUSPECTS AS A BLACK MALE, WITH A BASEBALL CAP AND A BLACK LEATHER JACKET, STANDING AROUND 6 FOOT 2, WITH A MEDIUM BUILD. THEY SAY THE OTHER SUSPECT IS A WHITE MALE WITH A SKULL CAP AND A BROWN LEATHER JACKET, STANDING ABOUT 5'8, WITH A MEDIUM TO STOCKY BUILD. POLICE BELIEVE A THIRD MAN WAS WAITING OUTSIDE IN A CAR... THAT THEY SAY APPEARS TO BE A BLACK OR DARK BLUE, NEWER MODEL MERCEDES S CLASS, WITH- OUT OF STATE PLATES, POSSIBLY NEW YORK. <CLIP 8061- 1;11;57- WE ARE HOPING THAT SOMEBODY MAYBE RECOGNIZES THE CAR OR REMEMBERS THREE GUYS IN A CAR, THAT TYPE OF THING, BUT WE HAVE SOME OTHER STEPS THAT WE CAN TAKE, AND CERTAINLY OBVIOUSLY WE PROCESSED THE SCENE FOR EVIDENCE AND THINGS LIKE THAT. 1:12:09> POLICE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES HOPING THE SUSPECTS ARE FOUND. <CLIP 8063- 1;15;26- I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DID IT IN BROAD DAYLIGHT LIKE THIS. Police in Dover said they are looking for three men after a jewelry store was robbed Monday.>> Download the FREE WMUR appInvestigators said two of the men involved in the robbery were masked, and one showed a handgun. A third man waited in a getaway car, police said.Police said two men entered the Hannoush Jewelers on Central Avenue about 10 a.m. Investigators said the men ransacked the jewelry cases and were driven away by a third man waiting in a dark blue or black Mercedes, possibly with New York license plates. "We are hoping that somebody maybe recognizes the car or remembers three guys in a car, that type of thing, but we have some other steps that we can take, and certainly, obviously, we processed the scene for evidence and things like that," said Lt. Brant Dolleman.One of the men is described as a black, 6 feet 2 inches tall, with a medium build. The other man is believed to be white, about 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a stocky build.A woman who works at a restaurant next to the jewelers said she saw the men leaving the store. "We saw two guys coming across the parking lot with duffle bags or bags hanging over their shoulder filled with boxes, and that's when I realized I had to call police," said Melisa Hebert.
