State police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing 16-year-old from Richmond.Phoenix Lutz was last seen at his home in Richmond about 10:30 p.m. Sunday. Police said it appears he left the home sometime overnight, and he hasn't been in contact with family or friends since. Foul play is not expected in the disappearance, but police are concerned for Lutz's well-being.Lutz, who is 5 feet 5 inches tall and 120 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a pink sweatshirt and black pants. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call state police at 603-223-8494.
