MONICA: NEW HAMPSHIRE IS RANKED THE BEST STATE IN THE COUNTY FOR CHILD WELL-BEING. THAT’S ACCORDING TO THE ANNUAL KIDS COUNT SURVEY. IT CONSIDERS THINGS LIKE EDUCATION, ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE, ECONOMIC WELL-BEING AND FAMILY AND COMMUNITY. WHILE NEW HAMPSHIRE RANKED NUMBER ONE OVERALL, ADVOCATES SAY THERE IS STILL ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT.

New Hampshire is ranked the best state in the country for child well-being, according to the annual "Kids Count" survey.
The survey considers factors like education, access to health care, economic well-being and family and community.
