Rhode Island and Massachusetts have laid out plans to gradually reopen their economies throughout the summer, which differ slightly from each other and other states’ plans.

Visitors coming from these states must quarantine for 14 days upon arrival under Gov. Gina Raimondo’s new travel restrictions, unless they’ve received an asymptomatic COVID-19 test and the results were negative.
