2 arrested, charged with kidnapping in Raleigh
Michael Gregory Plaza, of Smithfield, and Kenneth Rashun Boone, of Raleigh, were charged with first-degree kidnapping, promoting prostitution and felony possession of cocaine.

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two men were arrested Friday and charged in a kidnapping case, Raleigh police said Saturday.
Police responded to a kidnapping call on Tapers Drive around 9:15 p.m. Friday.
Michael Gregory Plaza, 26, of Smithfield, and Kenneth Rashun Boone, 25, of Raleigh, were arrested.
Both were charged with first-degree kidnapping, promoting prostitution and felony possession of cocaine.
